Impact of COVID-19 on vocal cord mobility: a case series study

Abstract Background The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the pandemic of COVID-19 infection in March 2020, most cases presented with mild symptoms, and a significant number showed variable neurological pictures. Vocal cord paralysis no clear cause is termed as idiopathic vocal supposed to be caused by viral infection. This case series study; data were collected prospectively from patients ENT clinic Kasr Alainy (Cairo university) Railway hospitals. Patients defective movement concurrently or recently passed reported 2020 April 2021. Results Authors have 6 mainly unilateral due an only within 14 months.
